+ Free gift: DxO PhotoLab 5 ESSENTIAL, the powerful RAW photo editing software
I’ve been a user of the Nik Collection since the days when it was free. I use it to apply vignettes and the tonal contrast feature does a great job bringing up the detail in my wildlife images, especially feathers and fur. It’s worth having in your kit for $75 in my opinion.
Regular $219 Black Friday Price $149 (Upgrade for $99)
DxO PhotoLab 6 ELITE edition is an end-to-end, RAW photo editing software that competes with the likes of Photoshop, Lightroom, CaptureOne, etc. It is a full-featured editor worthy of a look if you are considering a new editor. I especially like it for its denoise capabilities.
In 2022, DXO announced a new denoising algorithm called Deep Prime XD. It takes a leap forward and does a better job than the previous version of Deep Prime. Deep Prime is only available in DxO PhotoLab 6 ELITE and is not included in PureRAW 2.
Brad Hill, professional Nikon photographer, announced that he had made the move from Topaz Denoise AI to DxO Deep Prime XD in this week’s NPS event. If Brad says its that good, it’s worth a look. You can download a Free Trial of DxO PhotoLab 6 ELITE and test it on your own images but be sure to purchase before the sale ends. BTW DxO did not publish and end date for the sale so best to act quickly.
Regular $129 Black Friday price $89
I’ve been using DxO PureRAW 2 since the first version was released. It is a fully automated one-click solution that analyzes your images and then applies demosaicing, denoising, and lens correction technology to maximize the quality of your image before bringing it into your favorite editing program. I have found it does a great job on most images but I do miss having the sliders so I can make adjustments when needed. I also wish it included the new DxO Deep Prime XD technology. I will likely now use PhotoLab 6 Elite for denoising my images until PureRAW 2 (3) includes Deep Prime XD.
For photographers looking for a one-click solution for fast editing for the web this is a product worth looking at.
I have not used the next two products as they do not have a place in my wildlife photography. For some photographers they will serve a purpose so I have included the Black Friday sale pricing for these products below.

DxO Viewpoint 4 is for photographers who do architectural work. It allows you to achieve geometric perfection by taking complete control over the lines, angles, and shapes in your images.
You can adjust perspectives, fix distortions, warp specific areas, and correct wide-angle stretching free of vignette and chromatic aberration issues.
